When I was younger I didn't actually think I was a very creative person (thought only my sister got those genes) and decided to study a Bachelor of Science (I had no idea what I wanted to do).

After I finished my degree I was working full time and baking here and there for family and friends. But as time went on and I learnt more about cakes is when I realised that I do have a creative talent and that I loved making cakes. It took a lot of hard work researching and practising but now here I am living and working doing what I love.

Hi, my name is Victoria and I created Dear Julia cakes to follow my passion for creating quality cakes that look stunning but that also make your tastebuds go crazy!

Im a mum of 3 little munchkins and have the most amazing partner Josh (he does a lot of my deliveries so you may meet him one day).

The name Dear Julia was inspired by my mum Julia who was an amazing cook and artist. My creative talent was definitely passed down by her. She passed away with cancer in 2018 but continues to be my inspiration every single day.
